1.     USER INFORMATION

Who is the data controller?

familycrop, SL is the DATA CONTROLLER for the processing of the USER’s personal data, and hereby states that such data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27th April (GDPR), and Act 3/2018, of 5th December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your data?

To maintain a business relationship with the user. The processing operations envisaged are as follows:

  • Send commercial advertising by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial communications. All such communications shall be made by the DATA CONTROLLER and shall be related to its products and services, or those of any partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into promotion agreements. Third parties shall never have access to personal data.
  • Carry out market research and statistical analysis.
  • Process orders and applications, and respond to queries or any type of request made by the USER through any of the means of contact available on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.

What legitimises us to process your personal data?

Processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the USER’s consent: send out commercial communications and the newsletter.
  • Due to legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: carry out market research, statistical analysis, etc., and process orders, applications, etc. at the request of the USER.

How long will we keep your personal data for?

Your data will only be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of their processing or for as long as required by law; once they are no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be erased using appropriate security measures to ensure they remain anonymous, or eliminated following a data destruction process.

Who do we provide your personal data to?

No communication of personal data to third parties is envisaged except to our communications service providers as necessary in order to develop and implement the purposes of the processing, in which case the DATA CONTROLLER will have signed confidentiality and data processor agreements with them, in line with current confidentiality legislation.

What are your rights?

The USER’s rights are:

2.     MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary in order for the provider to attend to their requests, with any inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary in nature. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are truthful, and undertakes to report any changes to them.

The DATA CONTROLLER states that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary in order to provide an optimal service to the USER. Any failure to provide all the data will mean there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be tailored to the user’s needs.

3.     SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all provisions set out in the GDPR and the Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) for the processing of the personal data under its control, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby such data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant and limited to that necessary in relation to the purposes they are processed for.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies in order to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR and the Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) in order to protect USERS’ rights and freedoms, and has duly reported the information necessary in order to exercise them.

This website may use technical cookies (small information files sent by the server to the computer of the person accessing the page) in order to carry out certain functions that are considered essential to ensure the website works and is displayed correctly.
